We are currently recruiting experienced and passionate Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie professionals to join a high-end, multi-concept dining destination in Limassol. This exceptional venue blends fine gastronomy, wellness, and elevated hospitality through nine unique culinary concepts curated by Mathis Food Affairs – offering everything from truffles and caviar to immersive gourmet experiences.

Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes aligned with brand standards
- Maintain hygiene and organizational excellence in your station
- Assist in menu planning, mise en place, and daily operations
- Collaborate with senior chefs and support junior team members
- Uphold food safety and operational standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferably in fine dining or high-end hotels)
- Passion for refined culinary experiences and attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills
- Good command of English
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Cyprus
