Position Summary
The eBusiness Lead has the purpose to drive the development of the eBusiness in Water, Beverage and Aperitif segments in cooperation with all other related functions.
A day in the life of eCommerce Lead
- Define and bringing to life the eNNS ambition for the company, ensuring alignment with overall Business objectives.
- Develop Channel Strategies & Digital execution in the eRetail, Pure Player and last mile delivery channels to increase Market Competitiveness
- Track promotions, activations and analyse market share performance in collaboration with Market Intelligence team
- Monitor and continuously optimize key Digital Shelf KPIs in collaboration with marketing team
- Defining and implementing the strategy for the Digitalization of the OOH Channel, with a specific focus on eB2B.
- Work in synergy with Sales Team to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities with current and potential clients.
- Working closely with the Marketing team to drive lower funnel communication and increase drive to purchase.
What will make you successful
- Experience in eBusiness development, ideally within FMCG sectors.
- Knowledge of eRetail and pure player channels, including industry trends and best practices.
- Background in digital marketing or performance media is considered a plus
- Ability to think laterally and develop innovative eBusiness strategies that drive results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
