About the role:
The Digital & Electronic Technology Organization, global and central team developing Electronics for all the company, is looking for an independent, creative, and open-minded individual to join as an Electronic Testing Engineer.
You will develop and execute test, measurements and calibration activities of the laboratory in order to assess the compliance of our electronics with internal Electrolux rules and international standards. You will also be part of the team working in a matrix department, building strong and valid relationships with other D&ET & R&D functions.
What will you do:
Develop electronic test plans (HW an SW validation).
Develop and propose new tests to assess the compliance of electronics.
Perform tests according to standards and internal Electrolux rules.
Evaluate Reliability of our Electronic Solutions.
Evaluate test results and compile test reports.
Manage technical documentation.
Manage Central Instruments database.
Keep Quality and time to market as key indicators of the testing performance.
Who you are:
Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or similar.
Experience in electronic testing areas.
Knowledge of laboratory equipment, data acquisition system, testing procedures and evaluation of results.
Knowledge of HW Validation, including environmental and EMC testing.
Electronic international standards (IEC, IPC) basic knowledge.
Good communication skills.
Practical problem-solving skills.
Team oriented.
Required languages: English written and spoken. Italian is a plus.
Where you'll be:
You will be based in Electrolux D&ET office in Porcia (PN), almost 1 hour distance from Venice, where we also have the washing machines and dryers production site. In our office, you will work together with hundreds of people from different functions and various nationalities, with the common goal of creating the technologies of the future.
