Job Description:
Responsible for coordination of Product Support Engineering (PSE) deliverables and services, with focus on specific product, the Product Support Manager (PSM) acts with matrix organization approach throughout PSE functions for topics related to financials and product supportability, reliability, improvement and enhancement.
Acting at product level, the PSM is the main interface for CS&S with Product Line Management within Business. Within CS&S, he is also focal point providing the view of the “health status” of the product. Delegated from PLM to manage In Service Product Improvement process.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in the Aeronautical sector (preferably operating in Engineering or Maintenance)
- Knowledge of Aviation regulations (EASA, EMAR, …)
