Position: Executive Chef
Cuisine Focus: Italian (Pasta, Pizza, Risotto, Antipasti, etc.)
Are you a passionate and experienced Executive Chef with a strong background in Italian fine dining? Join our premium hospitality group in Kuwait and lead the culinary vision for a high-end Italian concept.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead kitchen operations, staff training, and food quality control
- Develop seasonal Italian menus and ensure authentic execution
- Manage food costs, inventory, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency
- Maintain high standards in taste, presentation, and safety
- Collaborate with management on kitchen strategy and innovation
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years experience, including 3+ years as Executive Chef
- Proven expertise in Italian cuisine (fine dining preferred)
- Strong leadership, team management, and kitchen operations skills
- GCC experience is a plus
- Fluent in English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €3,433.00 - €4,200.00 per month
