AC Hotel by Marriott Milan Sesto, is seeking a charismatic and talented Front Office Manager for our hotel in Milano Sesto San Giovanni.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management and Leadership: You will be responsible for leading, training, and motivating the Front Office team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment.
- Excellence in Guest Service: You will ensure that every guest interaction is handled with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency, exceeding their expectations and managing any issues with promptness and diplomacy.
- Operations Optimization: You will oversee all Front Office operations, including check-in and check-out processes, reservation, room allocation, and cashiering procedures, ensuring compliance with our chain's international operating standards.
- Inter-departmental Collaboration: You will work in close synergy with other hotel departments, particularly Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and Sales & Marketing, to ensure effective communication and a seamless guest experience in every aspect of their stay.
- Analysis and Reporting: You will monitor the department's key performance indicators (KPIs), such as occupancy rate, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and guest satisfaction, preparing regular reports for management.
The Ideal Candidate Possesses:
- Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the Front Office, preferably in business hotels or international hotel chains.
- Natural Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team and serve as a constant role model.
- Guest-Oriented Mindset: A true passion for hospitality and a natural ability to anticipate and meet the needs of even the most discerning guests.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Italian and English is required. Knowledge of a third language will be considered a significant asset.
- IT Proficiency: Mastery of major Property Management Systems (PMS) and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and stress management abilities in high-pressure situations.
- Attention to Detail: A critical eye for detail and a steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
