About the Role:

Are you a Master’s student in Business Management with a passion for numbers, analysis, and the inner workings of a manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our team in Alba for a curricular internship in Industrial Controlling.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to dive into the world of industrial performance analysis, supporting the evaluation of key KPIs and contributing to the financial heartbeat of the plant. You’ll assist with local administrative tasks, help drive the budget and forecasting processes, and play a part in estimating costs for exciting new projects. It’s a hands-on experience that will give you a real taste of how strategic decisions are made in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for someone who’s not only studying Business Management but also brings a proactive attitude, a sharp analytical mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Teamwork is key here, so being collaborative and communicative will take you far. You should be comfortable with MS Office tools—especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word—and if you’ve had any exposure to SAP, that’s a definite plus. Fluency in English is essential, and any additional languages you speak will be considered a bonus.
