Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Proactively identify and research potential new clients within target industries and verticals.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new leads and qualify inbound inquiries.
- Understand prospect's current IT security challenges and needs through effective questioning and active listening.
- Determine the fit between prospect needs and our solutions, routing qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage and maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Schedule product demonstrations, discovery calls, and follow-up meetings for the outside sales team
Product Knowledge & Presentation:
- Develop a deep understanding of our value propositions.
- Conduct compelling online presentations and demonstrations of our solutions.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work with the broader sales team to develop account strategies and achieve overall sales targets.
- Track and report on sales activities, lead status, and pipeline progression regularly.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets and sales quotas.
Market Awareness:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new cybersecurity threats and technologies.
- Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams on market insights and customer feedback.
