Proactive, motivated, and dynamic personality
Sensitivity to cultural diversity and an ability to build strong relationships across different ethnic groups
Proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in Italian (English is a plus)
Expected Start date: September 2025

What will you do?
Within the Research Lab Operations team, Within the Research Lab Ops team, the Lab Equipment Stage Laboratory Operations Italy, will support operational activities for the R&D laboratories, including logistics and provisioning.
Your Responsibilities:
Assist with technical lab activities as requested (e.g., glassware distribution, waste removal, courier management).
Support glassware provisioning requests.
Ensure laboratory support for pipette calibration by coordinating with external providers and the Lab Equipment Managers.
Assist with documentation activities related to pipette lifecycle management.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Support in AMS (Asset Management System) management.
Support corrective maintenance for building-related requests.
Attend relevant operations-related meetings and ensure proper follow-up.
