Italy Business Data Analytics Internship | Starting date: September 2025 | 6 months | Milan
For our Italian Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Sales Performance Team supporting on cross-functional projects and working in close contact with the business. We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.
You’ll be in charge of:
- Supporting the sales forecast processes, periodically reviewing trends and timely identifying and communicating risks and opportunities deviating from the original forecast.
- Monitoring sales trends versus budget and forecasts.
- Keeping track and analysing all main sales KPIs, such as Conversion Rate and Average Selling Price, aiming at optimizing both growth and productivity.
- Carrying out deep dives focusing on customer types or market mix to get a more detailed view of business trends and define targeted actions.
- Developing and sharing regular portfolio analysis, along with forecasts about targets achievements based on different variables.
You are the right person if you:
- Have a background in Statistics, Management Engineering or Economics with focus on data analytics or similar;
- Are Fluent in English and Italian;
- Have a proactive attitude and are able to handle multiple projects at time;
- Have a knowledge of Power BI, in addition SQL knowledge will be considered as a plus.
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office package, with a good knowledge of Excel (pivot, macro, statistics formulas)
- Have the ability to maintain attention to details.
