#ELC Marketing Assistant - AVEDA
Aveda, a leading brand in sustainable haircare, is looking for a Marketing Intern to support the team in various strategic and operational activities. This is a unique opportunity to gain a 360° view of marketing while working closely with:
The Aveda Trade Marketing team on go-to-market strategies for salons and perfumeries
External suppliers and agencies
The Aveda EMEA team for constant alignment on strategic vision and brand guidelines
What will you do?
You’ll contribute to Consumer Marketing activities across paid, earned, and owned media:
- Creating social media content
- Preparing briefs and sending materials for media campaigns
- Supporting influencer management
- Organizing seeding activities and events
- Sharing social assets for the brand’s Instagram page
You’ll support Product Marketing in implementing and advancing campaigns:
- Forecasting
- Price list management
- Bi-monthly presentations to agents
- Handling samples and gifts
- Sell-in analysis
- Competitor monitoring
What are we looking for?
- Autonomy, proactivity, and problem-solving skills
- Precision, organization, and punctuality
- Curiosity, flexibility, a positive attitude, and team spirit
- A degree in Marketing, Economics, or Engineering, with at least 6 months of work experience
- Excellent knowledge of Canva, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and spoken English skills
