FUNCTIONAL ANALYST
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Collaborates in preliminary investigations for the development of new services and in the drafting of the feasibility study
- Produces functional specifications and required documentation for development, test and planning offices
- Provides for the drafting of internal operational documentation (operating manual) and for customers (contracts and regulations relating to the relevant services)
- Analyses operational management problems relating to the relevant services, managing requests for improvement and implementation
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Functional knowledge of E-money/Monetics and, in particular, of issuing services
- Knowledge of service-oriented architectures (SOA);
- Use and understanding of modeling languages;
- Basic knowledge of the main technologies used for Front-End development: HTML/XML
- Knowledge of SQL;
- Knowledge of Excel;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Availability for European business trips;
- High resourcefulness, independence, commitment to compliance with plans and ability to give feedback.
