About your future role
This role is based in Milan, within Merchant Services Small Merchants Offer&Pricing Team, in SME Proposition Marketing Team. It is focused on Pricing, Offer and GTM activities within Italian Banking Partners. In this role you will represent Nexi Merchant Services value proposition to Partner Banks for SME Merchants payments acceptance. Your main goal will be finding the most effective way to tailor it to the relevant Banking context through the creation of Offers, defining Pricing, and developing the Sales Deck delivering effectively Marketing Plan activities vs assigned targets;
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
Represent the Merchant Services proposition of Nexi to Partner Banks for the acceptance of payments for SME Merchants, finding the most effective way to tailor it to the relevant Banking context through the creation of Offers, defining Pricing, and developing the Sales Deck;
Primary point of reference for the Bank for the implementation of dedicated campaigns aimed at increasing sales, raising value, or customer retention, coordinating their implementation, assessing their effectiveness, and identifying opportunities for further improvement;
Continuously collaborate and cooperate with both internal Nexi departments and the Bank's teams (e.g., Bank's payment team, Nexi's commercial teams, other marketing teams, compliance, legal, communication, technical departments) to achieve objectives (Revenue, New installations target, Stock and NPS for the Bank) and ensure the effectiveness of the proposed end-to-end initiatives;
Effectively manage commercial disruptions caused by Transformation initiatives involving partner Banks, with the goal of defending customer value and simplifying processes;
Preferred requirement: knowledge of Nexi's business models towards partner Banks (Licensing vs Referral), Nexi systems/processes, and/or previous experience working with Banks;
3-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in payment or banking sector;
Management of complexity and ability to simplify;
Strong analytical skills: data analysis (use of Excel), creation of Business Cases, and interpretation of business KPIs;
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management;
Ability to work in cross functional teams;
Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
