We are looking for a motivated Junior HR Digital Analyst to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of digital solutions aimed at improving the employee experience within the organization. This includes analyzing data on workforce trends and using it to identify areas where technology can enhance HR processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the globe, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and technological advancements.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze data on workforce trends to identify opportunities for digital transformation in HR processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions aimed at enhancing the employee experience.
• Conduct research and stay updated on emerging technologies related to HR processes.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials related to digital tools and their proper use by employees.
• Provide support in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth rollout of new digital solutions.
• Support the analysis of user feedback and identify areas for improvement in existing digital solutions.
What you need to succeed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and digital solutions used in the industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or Oracle Cloud HCM is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and adaptability to change.
