Valentino is looking for a JUNIOR SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST as a maternity cover based in MILAN .

Main Task and Responsibilities:

• Support Valentino's Global Social Media Team
• Perform research on competitors, current benchmark trends, and audience preferences
• Schedule content on social media channels and supervise copywriting
• Monitor comments and messages, responding to inquiries where appropriate
• Support social media advertising campaigns, including asset selection and copywriting
• Collaborate closely with the Valentino Celebs team on global influencer marketing strategy
• Help manage global influencer campaigns, including UGC initiatives, product seeding, event attendance, and long-term partnerships
• Develop and maintain key documents including marketing calendars, project briefs, presentations, and contracts
• Support the team in the creation of monthly performance reports
  
  

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in social media content and strategy, preferably in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle
• Academic background in Marketing, Communications or related fields
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about digital trends and the fashion industry
