Job Description
Your opportunity
We are currently seeking for a Jr Business Controller who will be part of the Business Controlling Team, based in Padova Head Quarter.
How you will contribute
- Prepare specific reporting packages for HQ Management with a focus on brands, geographies, and areas of business responsibility.
- Prepare and ensure end-of-month reporting on Net Sales data, with details by country and brand.
- Upload Year-End Bonuses and compare them with the forecast and budget (BI).
- Ensure the preparation of royalty reports by brand, in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Develop and create the necessary reports for Business Control using institutional Business Intelligence (BI) and BPC tools.
- Analyze order and invoicing data related to the top line.
- Support the Business Control team in the initialization activities (BPC) for budget and forecast management.
- Collaborate with the IT team to transfer budget/forecast data to Business Intelligence to enable analysis.
- Support Brand Managers with their requests, given the continuous evolution of the brands in the portfolio.
- Perform ad hoc business analysis and control activities.
Who you are
- Degree in Business Administration with excellent results
- Previous experience (1-2 years) in similar role within international and structured company
- Fluent English
- Advanced Excel user
- Experience with SAP implementation and use is a plus
- Ability to design and measure KPIs, with specific focus on the P/L
- Ability to work cross-functional, close to business and customers with a solid business partner attitude
- Ability to understand business models and build business plans
- Ability to work within fast growing environments and to contribute to build a new organization
- Strong focus on results and respect of deadlines
