We are currently seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy !
Laboratory Technician carries out all the tests on the machines according to the plan made by the laboratory manager and according to the test specifications received, in compliance with environmental and safety procedures and ensuring the achievement of quality, time and cost objectives. To this end, it sets up both production units and test benches for specific tests.
What kind of work will you be doing?
- Interpretation and evaluation of the congruence of all technical information received
- Drafting of test reports
- Execution of wiring in accordance with the wiring diagram and construction of mechanical structures to aid the tests
- Preparation of units and related instrumentation for customer tests (assembly, disassembly, modification of the units under test, construction of test support kits or for data acquisition, etc.)
- Safety of the places and products under test
- Timely control of test consistency of measurements and results, helping to ensure accurate and consistent presentation of test data.
- Maintain work environments in order and efficiency, all measurement and workshop instrumentation and testing facilities, through a periodic maintenance and updating program when required.
- Operates according to internal procedures and instructions based on the requirements of the role
- Cooperates with other departments in the company when required or with third parties (consultants, external laboratories).
- Up to 10% for external testing / troubleshooting / customer visits.
What will make you successful?
- Technical diploma (electrical, mechanical or similar) from secondary school
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Basic knowledge of English, computer science and Office
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of electrical circuits and related diagrams.
- Ability to work with various workshop tools.
- Working knowledge of measuring instruments and related techniques
- Knowledge of air conditioners and chillers is appreciated.
- Qualifications relevant to brazing and the context of refrigeration technology (HVAC&R) are appreciated
RIASSUNTO DELLA POSIZIONE
Allestisce ed esegue l'insieme dei test sulle macchine secondo il piano fatto dal responsabile del laboratorio e secondo le specifiche di prova ricevute, nel rispetto delle procedure ambientali e di sicurezza e assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di qualità, tempi e costi. Allestisce a tal fine sia unità di produzione che banchi di prova per test specifici.
RESPONSABILITA’
- Interpretazione e valutazione della congruenza di tutte le informazioni tecniche ricevute
- Stesura di rapporti di prova
- Esecuzione di cablaggi in accordo con lo schema elettrico e realizzazione di strutture meccaniche di ausilio ai test
- Allestimento unità e relative strumentazioni per test Clienti (montaggio, smontaggio, modifica delle unità in prova, costruzione di kit di supporto ai test o per acquisizione di dati etc.)
- Sicurezza dei luoghi e dei prodotti in test
- Controllo tempestivo della coerenza delle misure durante i test e dei risultati, contribuendo ad assicurare cura e uniformità della presentazione dei dati di prova.
- Mantenere in ordine ed efficienza gli ambienti di lavoro, tutta la strumentazione di misura e di officina e gli impianti usati per le prove, attraverso un programma periodico di manutenzione e aggiornamento quando richiesto.
- Opera secondo procedure e istruzioni interne in base ai requisiti richiesti dal ruolo
- Collaborazione con le altre aree aziendali, quando richiesto, o con enti esterni (consulenti, altri laboratori di terze parti).
QUALIFICHE
- Diploma tecnico (elettrotecnico, meccanico, o affini) di scuola media superiore
- Esperienza minina di 2 anni in posizione analoga
- Conoscenza basilare della lingua inglese, informatiche di base e di Office
- Conoscenza teorica e pratica di circuiti elettrici e dei relativi schemi.
- Capacità di lavoro con utensileria varia per officina.
- Conoscenze di strumentazione e tecniche di misura
- Gradita conoscenza di condizionatori d'aria e chiller.
- Gradite qualifiche pertinenti alla saldobrasatura e al contesto della tecnica del freddo (HVAC&R)
