In-house advisory and legal assistance to all Company legal entities with a focus on EMEA.
Job and personal requirements:
- University Degree in Law
- At least 5 years of experience in providing full scope of in-house legal services
- Experience in working at multi-national and corporate environment
- Organizational, communication and influencing skills (“Trusted Adviser” proven track records)
• Excellent English language skills • Teamwork, business acumen, customer focus
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Legal support in IPR registration and disputes
- Templates and legal standards
- Support in contracting, i.e. drafting, reviewing and commenting of various types of contracts, both client and vendor
- Support in other legal areas, such as the civil law, corporate matters, employment law and regulatory compliance
- Taking part in (regular) internal reporting processes (including monitoring legislative changes in specific law areas
- Employment law in cases where legal expertise is required
- Contribution to the internal knowledge management system
- External Counsels - Co-ordination of work handled by approved external counsels; other counsels’ involvement where appropriate (case-by-case and with prior approval of VP Legal)
