About The Role…
We are looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist to join our fast-paced marketing team.
You’ll be responsible for all messaging in marketing campaigns, from landing pages and event materials to flyers and booth content. You’ll work closely with the Demand Generation team and interface with the VP of Global Communication.
What You Will Do…
- Own the end-to-end messaging of marketing campaigns, events, and content assets
- Create high-converting landing pages, flyers, booth messages, and all event materials
- Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to align messaging with campaign objectives
- Use AI tools as an extension of your skills, in multiple languages, treating them like team members under your management
- Drive the direct response copywriting style we need to boost conversion and action
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Global Communication to ensure alignment with corporate messaging
- Ensure the tone of voice is consistent, bold, and impactful across all channels
What You Will Bring…
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in marketing communications, or a related field
- Experience creating content that drives measurable results through direct response marketing strategies
- Formal training or demonstrated expertise in direct response copywriting (e.g., Scrivenda, Dan Kennedy programs)
- Expertise in using AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) for multilingual content creation
- Ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and communications departments
- Strong persuasive writing skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates conversion-focused copy or impactful messaging
Bonus Points If…
- Experience in the UCaaS / B2B tech space
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Background in performance marketing or demand generation

Interview Process
Step 1: Initial Screening – A chat with our Talent Team to understand your background, experience, and motivations.
Step 2: Technical/Role-Specific Interview – A deep dive with your potential manager to assess your skills and fit for the role.
️ Step 3: You’ll be asked to complete a business case. (We’ll provide all the necessary details during the hiring process)
Final Interview: We’ll review the business case, share feedback, and give you the chance to ask any final questions.

Our office is located in Trento, Italy, however, we are open to candidates based anywhere in Italy!
