Job Description
The Omnichannel Retail Specialist is responsible for ensuring that multi-channel systems and processes are adopted correctly in the bricks & mortar, digital and retail business units. Their responsibilities are: 1) Making sure that the systems work correctly and that they are used by business unit managers in a profitable way 2) Promoting integration with traditional retail processes at a commercial, management and administrative level.
Qualifications
1.01 Includes the degree of satisfaction or implementation of the processes through the collection of feedback from the business
1.02 Guarantees that the feedback collected is transformed and consolidated into appropriate design tools (functional analyses, Wbs, Raci...) to be validated with the Manager
1.03 Deepens the analysis of new multi-channel processes from a commercial, management and administrative point of view
1.04 Designs and conducts end-to-end tests relating to the entrusted projects
1.05 Verifies and supervises the Change management activities activated by the business involved in the projects
1.06 Promotes the development of learning in one's role through self, digital and collaborative learning activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's responsibilities
1.07 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development , understood as an interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community
1.08 Promotes, adopts, develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business>
Additional Information
- Degree in Communication
- Excellent Knowledge of English (C1)
- Knowledge of a second language will be a preferential requirement
- Strong organizational / relational skills
- Previous experience in the role (1/2 years) in media agency or structured company
- Interest in fashion business
