Job Description:
National Account Executive - Healthcare
Are you a passionate sales professional with complex selling skills? Then join our international sales team and work in a global environment to provide our customers with the best supply chain solutions in the healthcare industry.
What you will do
- Position and sell the entire UPS portfolio of supply chain services – including Parcel, Freight Forwarding, and Warehousing & Distribution solutions
- Acquire new customers and manage existing key accounts in the healthcare segment
- Identify new business opportunities along the supply chain of our customers and develop sales strategies
- Take responsibility for achieving revenue targets
- Map out complex supply chains to fully understand customer needs and position suitable solutions and services, with a focus on end-to-end solutions
- Build a strong internal and external network and collaborate with the global team
- Manage customer master data, prepare offers and contracts, and handle contract renewals
- Maintain internal sales systems and perform general administrative tasks and reporting
What makes you strong
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Excellent English skills both verbal and written (other languages are a plus).
- Very good PC skills, specifically Microsoft Office products.
- Previous experience as Account Executive and excellent sales skills demonstrated by proven track of success in sales.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and strong communication abilities (including written, verbal and presentation skills)
- Proactive, ambitious, confident, quick learner and uses own initiative
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and autonomy
- Flexibility and willingness to constant and frequent moves in Spain and occasionally Europe
- Results-oriented with a passion for healthcare and innovation
- Healthcare sector experience is a plus
