Ops Monitoring Specialist (Sost. Maternità)

Siamo alla ricerca di una figura altamente organizzata e orientata ai dettagli per ricoprire il ruolo di Operations Scheduling & Monitoring Specialist. La risorsa sarà responsabile della pianificazione delle attività operative e del monitoraggio in tempo reale dei processi, garantendo efficienza, puntualità e qualità nell’esecuzione delle operazioni aziendali.

Responsabilità principali:

• Pianificare e coordinare le attività operative giornaliere, settimanali e mensili.
• Monitorare l’andamento dei processi in tempo reale, identificando eventuali anomalie o ritardi.
• Collaborare con i team operativi e tecnici per garantire l’allineamento delle attività.
• Ottimizzare i flussi di lavoro attraverso l’analisi dei dati e l’uso di strumenti digitali.
• Redigere report periodici sulle performance operative e proporre azioni correttive.
• Gestire strumenti di scheduling e sistemi di monitoraggio.
• Supportare la definizione di KPI operativi e contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi.

Requisiti:

• Esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili (scheduling, operations, controllo produzione, ecc.).
Ottima conoscenza di E
• cel e strumenti di pianificazione (es. MS Project, SAP, Oracle).
• Capacità analitiche, problem solving e orientamento al risultato.
• Buone doti comunicative e attitudine al lavoro in team.

Plus:

• Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia, Informatica o discipline affini.
• Conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Familiarità con sistemi di monitoraggio e analisi dati (es. Power BI, Tableau).
