To support our team, we are searching for a Payment Analyst (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Analyze transactional data to identify trends, patterns and scenarios related to online payments
- Utilize statistical analysis and data visualization tools to present findings effectively
- Manage, monitor and control online payments volumes and costs, online payment platforms and systems performances
- Generate regular reports on payment processing metrics and KPIs as well as ad hoc analysis aimed to support C-Level decisions
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for enhancement
- Assess and mitigate the operational risks, conduct checks on payment integrations, acquirer integration, analyze incidents and solve processing issues
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Fraud Prevention, Customer Care, Legal etc. to ensure operational excellence is achieved
- Work with product development teams to implement data-driven improvements
- Interact with the external financial and payment stakeholders to find business opportunities
- Manage the relationship with our partners in the Online Payments Industry
Requisiti
WHO YOU ARE
- Strong analytical and data driven background is required as well as precision and attitude toward problem-solving
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Power BI is mandatory
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering is preferred. Economics and Business backgrounds are also welcome
- Excellent level of written and spoken English and Italian
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position within a structured organization in the e-commerce business, advisory or system integration consultancy will be a plus
- Understanding of payment processing, acquiring, orchestration platforms, fraud management and antifraud tools is preferred
