We are currently looking for a Sales BI Manager.
How you will contribute:
Reporting directly to the WW Sales Merchandising & CRM Director, the Sales BI Manager will lead the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies across Pomellato. This role is pivotal in transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions, enhance performance monitoring, and foster a data-driven culture across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Support regional teams in commercial budgeting by providing data analysis and engaging with General Managers.
Implement reporting systems to ensure relevant KPIs and clear performance metrics by channel.
Lead development and updates of BI tools, dashboards, and reports with internal and external partners.
Gather and share regional business insights with the teams, including Finance and Marketing.
Promote a data-driven mindset by defining KPIs and dashboards across key functions (Retail, Wholesale, CRM, etc.).
Turn business needs into data models that support global and regional decisions, considering market trends.
Provide data and insights to support strategic projects and performance reviews.
Recommend new tools and systems to improve business intelligence capabilities.
Advise on international pricing strategies in collaboration with Finance and Product teams.
Who you are:
Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles, preferably within retail or consumer goods.
Strong ability to transform complex data into business-relevant insights.
Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
Experience in data modeling and structuring analytical frameworks.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Proactive, self-driven, and focused on delivery and results.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
