Your Opportunity:
As Procurement & General Services Manager you will report to Director, Procurement & General Services.
You will be responsible for managing properties, maintenance, utilities, and general services. You will oversee suppliers and tenders for corporate and retail areas and you will support store design and renovation projects.
Your Contribution:
- Manage the Corporate properties through the deep knowledge of properties themselves, through the relationship with the properties’ holders and with third-party providers for the properties management;
- Be Milan Corporate Responsible for every kind of maintenance: building, electrical, mechanical, water, technological, security, fire-fighting and lift systems, disinfestations, green, various equipment (such as kitchen, tailoring, furniture, safes, etc.) and any other type of facility located in the properties’ of his/her expertise;
- Manage Italy’s Corporate and Retail utilities;
- Manage and be Responsible of General Services for Milan Corporate employees’ needs;
- Manage and be Responsible of General Services for the supervision of necessary arrangements to support the different corporate departments;
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD software to fulfill internal needs, such as internal layout changes and consequent organization of internal movings;
- Manage technical staff for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance;
- Manage calls for tenders, in order to sign an annual contract for the services provided for the Milan Corporate Area;
- Manage calls for tenders for the Store Design Department for the creation of new stores and/or restyling of existing stores following Store Planning Timeline & Budget;
- Interface with Rspp, Security Manager, H/S Manager, HR to fulfill any orders.
- Ensures full adherence to both Corporate and Retail renewal, moving and new concepts RFP, RFQ, RFX processes aligning with external suppliers and internal clients ( legal, compliance, store planning).
Your Skills:
- 5-8 years of the experience in the same role;
- Excellent Knowledge of AutoCAD software and Microsoft Office package;
- Significant communication and relational skills;
- Be flexible, proactive and able to manage simultaneously different activities within a dynamic and fast-paced context;
- Good organizational and priority handling skills;
- Confidentiality;
- Fluency in English.
