Global Product Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the marketing strategy in alignment with the overall Business Line strategy.
You will play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional collaboration and know-how sharing across teams to support business growth and ensure successful product positioning. Additionally, you will design and lead the execution of marketing and sales action plans aimed at achieving both qualitative and quantitative business targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
The work model for the role is hybrid.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating, planning, and implementing the marketing (and communications) strategies for the assigned area following the Business Line strategy and budget.
- Define the marketing and Sales targets for the assigned area and ensure their achievement.
- Ensure implementation of go-to-market strategy including the definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning.
- Supports local Sales organizations to ensure they are positively perceived in the target channels and segments.
- Develop and maintain efficient marketing tools and implement coordinated marketing analyses and activities to ensure the global markets are well-monitored.
- Actively participates to reinforce ABB’s visibility by strengthening external market segment communication in coordination with the Marketing and Communication team and by participating in dedicated customer events and segment trade fairs.
- Act as a Launch Owner for all the critical Launches and guide the Local Sales Teams for launches and range extensions.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering with marketing and or Sales experience or Marketing Professional with good technical and communication skills
- Proven extensive experience in Electric Mobility segment or channel
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Leadership/management experience working in a matrix organization.
- Familiarity with the Electrification business and experience developing marketing communications strategies specific to this industry.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
