Position Summary

As an IT Product Owner – Digital Adoption, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Digital Adoption Platform (DAP). From managing product roadmaps and stakeholder engagement to ensuring compliance and technical excellence, this is your opportunity to deliver value at scale while collaborating with global teams.

A Day in the Life of…

  • Demand Management: Drive initiatives to boost user engagement and streamline workflows. Ensure the adoption platform supports Nestlé’s employee-centric vision.
  • Product Roadmap Management: Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with the Product Manager’s vision. Manage the backlog and prioritize features using agile methods.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, IS/IT teams, and global stakeholders. Elicit requirements, address pain points, and align on objectives.
  • Governance & Compliance: Partner with Solution Architects and Security & Compliance Specialists. Ensure solutions meet security guidelines and Nestlé’s internal controls.
  • Analytics & Impact Measurement: Analyze platform performance for insights on adoption. Define Key Value Indicators (KVIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for success measurement.
  • Technical Leadership: Coordinate with tech teams and vendors to validate deliverables. Ensure user stories are ready and oversee backlog grooming.
  • Innovation & Strategy: Use research and segmentation insights to position the platform. Propose innovative solutions based on user needs.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with Change Management, Learning Experience Design, and Employee Experience Insights teams to create synergies.

What else will make you successful?

  • A degree in one of the following fields: Information Technology, Learning Technology, IT Management, or Engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IS/IT roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Change Manager, or Project Manager with demonstrated experience working with Digital Adoption Platforms (we use WalkMe) or similar tools
  • Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and agile development processes
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles, security guidelines, and architecture standards
  • Excellent communication skills in English with experience presenting at all organizational levels
  • Familiarity with APIs, integration technologies, consumer research methodologies, and UI/UX best practices
  • Knowledge about SAP and certifications as Scrum Product Owner or ADKAR Change Practitioner are nice to have
  • Proactive, collaborative and able to influence stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and deep passion for digital adoption
