For our Grid Integration Business Unit, we're looking a seasoned communications expert with significant experience in leading and producing proactive communications, video conceptualization and production, who is an innovative and strategic problem-solver, enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment, and is comfortable working under tight deadlines.
How you’ll make an impact
In close collaboration with Operations, Global Product Groups, and project teams, develop and execute a comprehensive strategic editorial plan and communications strategy to highlight project milestones, execution excellence, and capacity expansion, in alignment with overall business goals as well as Business Unit and Corporate goals and messaging
Lead the creation of high-impact content (e.g., short and long form videos, case studies, presentations, reference cases, etc.) tailored to various audiences and platforms. Determine the optimal mix of channels (internal and external) and formats to maximize reach and engagement.
Support our customer engagement and advocacy efforts by showcasing our delivery capabilities.
Contribute to our talent attraction efforts and retention efforts, supporting our people in sharing what they do in their day-to-day activities to support the energy transition. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messages and visuals across all touchpoints
Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical achievements into accessible, engaging stories
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives, using data to refine strategies
Drive continuous improvement in how the organization communicates its value proposition and achievement
Collaborate with the Head of Communications, GI, and respective communications colleagues to ensure the content produced is promoted to ensure maximum exposure
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Communications, Marketing, Public relations or Journalism
10 years’ experience in a B2B communications role with a comprehensive and proven ability to design, develop and implement an integrated communications strategy, utilizing innovative methods and channels
Experience in energy/power sector
Proven track record in developing and executing thought leadership and brand positioning strategies
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content development skills, including converting technical concepts into simple and compelling content. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
High standard of quality in all communications outputs and ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent English skills, both oral and written.
Willing to travel abroad.
