The Role:
We are currently seeking a QHSE Manager to join our team in Cusago, Italy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Management System across the plant. You will lead initiatives to ensure compliance with ISO standards and local legislation, promote a strong safety and quality culture, and support continuous improvement across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and improve QHSE systems, processes, and procedures in line with ISO 9001, KOSHA, and other relevant standards
- Lead third-party audits and assessments to achieve and maintain certifications
- Promote QHSE awareness through training, inductions, campaigns, and internal communications
- Organize and deliver HSE training and awareness programs across the plant
- Conduct internal and contractor QHSE assessments and ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions
- Facilitate and review QHSE risk assessments (DVR) in collaboration with departments
- Monitor and report QHSE KPIs quarterly, and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with national health, safety, and environmental laws (e.g. D.Lgs. 81/08)
- Support the RSPP and ASPP in implementing protective measures
- Participate in incident and accident investigations and reporting
- Support quality assurance in new product industrialization and production processes
- Assist with customer returns, non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Foster a strong culture of quality, safety, and health throughout the organization
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant or technical field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial QHSE or audit roles
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and local QHSE regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Italian
