In this position you will be responsible for managing customer claims by identifying and implementing corrective and preventive actions based on specific cases. You will collaborate closely with Production to ensure products meet the required quality standards while also working to reduce non-quality costs. Additionally, you will support New Product Development (NPD) by partnering with engineering during first parts approval activities.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Manage the customer claim, setting the best corrective and preventive actions basing on the analysis.
- Perform product and process Audits, looking for implementation of preventive actions.
- Give support and cooperate with production Managers and Supervisors to set the right quality level of their products or services.
- Responsible for internal nonconformities management.
- Promote the improvement of the suppliers and the development of their proactive behaviour.
- Cooperate with engineering department during first parts approvals to help avoiding weakness in new projects.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- University background in an engineering field or similar;
- 2 years minimum of quality experience in a demanding environment (automotive, rail, aircraft or similar);
- Fluent in Italian;
- Good knowledge of English language (verbal and written);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Familiar with quality methodologies such as audit techniques, metrology, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and QRQC.
- Proficient in the ISO 9001 standard.
- Strong understanding of the strengths and limitations of major production technologies including injection moulding, mechanical tooling, casting, stamping, and welding.
