Job Title: Quality Operations Specialist - Agency Worker
Job Location: Rome, Italy
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Oversee the quality and progress of all local delivery projects, ensuring they meet customer expectations in terms of timelines, deliverables, and service experience.
- Monitor delivery performance and manage risks. Track project execution across the representative office, identify potential risks or delays early, and coordinate escalations to ensure timely resolution.
- Define and implement quality and control processes. Develop standardized delivery processes, quality control frameworks, and internal compliance mechanisms to improve consistency and reduce operational risks.
- Enhance project management capabilities. Support the development and qualification of project managers by promoting training programs, certifications, and performance recognition initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Align efforts across solution sales, supply chain, procurement, finance, and planning teams to ensure seamless support for project delivery activities.
- Drive delivery cost optimization. Support the achievement of delivery cost targets by identifying inefficiencies and proposing cost reduction strategies while maintaining service quality.
- Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Establish and maintain a delivery knowledge platform to document best practices, lessons learned, and success stories that support organizational learning.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Quality Management or related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English, Italian and Chinese are a must).
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in project delivery, quality operations, process improvement.
- Work Style: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret project data, assess risks, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, coordinate diverse stakeholders, and support organizational alignment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project tracking or quality management tools is a plus.
