The Receptionist will be part of the General Services Department at our Milan office, reporting directly to the Site House Manager.

Main Activities And Responsibilities
- Greeting and managing visitors.
- Managing the switchboard and directing internal/external calls and emails.
- Supporting facility management activities, such as booking meeting rooms, providing stationery, regulating temperature, and printing documents.
- Performing small administrative and secretarial tasks, including RDA entry and Excel reporting.

Managing bookings for company pool cars.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist.
- Excellent knowledge of English and a second language.
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
