GENERAL ROLE
The Sales & Service Specialist will enhance customer satisfaction, managing the After Sales and Client Services systems and initiatives and contributing to offering our clients a seamless experience in accordance with Hermes’ excellence.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Be responsible for the After Sales day-to-day-duties and support the store with After Sales training and morning briefings;
- Partner with CX Manager and store staff to resolve client or product quality issues, manage complaints, special and personalized orders, reservation and wishes, remote sales, etc;
- Liaise with the stock team and cash desks and coordinate with the logistics department;
- Support all aspects of the uniform dispatch process, from initial data gathering through uniform delivery;
- Provide updates on a regular basis on all delegated tasks. Practicing timely follow up and anticipating department needs;
- Proactively anticipate department/client’s needs and suggest alternative solutions when appropriate to solve client issues;
- Be aware of the Company procedures and ensure compliance.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree preferably with a fashion/linguistic focus;
- 1-2 years’ experience in similar role and/or environment;
- Fluent in Italian and English. French or any other additional languages will be considered a plus;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong reporting & organizational skills accuracy with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail.
