We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Social Media Content Coordinator to join our growing e-commerce team. You’ll play a vital role in helping us manage and scale the content across our two home decor brands — Centro Decor and Lousso Designs.
This is a part-time, remote role (approx. 15–20 hours/week) and ideal for someone based in Italy with prior experience supporting or growing a brand's social presence — especially in the home, fashion, or lifestyle space.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Organize and manage weekly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Upload and schedule posts using Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and other tools
- Coordinate content delivery between our video editor, creators, and strategist
- Ensure final content is tagged, titled, and tracked correctly
- Track weekly performance and flag top-performing content
- Support influencer & collaboration outreach by updating tracking docs
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing content for a growing social media brand (home, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)
- Comfort using tools like Airtable to coordinate, organize, and maintain post status
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work async with teams in the U.S.
- Self-starter who can meet deadlines and proactively improve systems
- Understanding of social trends, platform specs, and best posting practices
