The role
We are looking for a Social & Content Creator with 1–2 years of experience to help us grow our social presence, engage our community, create SEO oriented content, and open new communication channels.
This is a dynamic role where you’ll have the chance to test new ideas, experiment with formats, and grow fast – helping Sibill move faster every day. You will report directly to the Brand & Content Manager.

You have 1–2 years of experience in social and digital content roles..
You combine pragmatism and efficiency with creativity and curiosity for digital trends.
You are motivated to grow and leave your mark in a fast-paced environment.
You have strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write clear and effective messages.
You know how LinkedIn and Meta work, and you’re familiar with TikTok.
You understand the basics of SEO and can apply them to content production.
You have experience with planning and content creation tools (Canva, Figma, Notion, etc.).
If you know how to use GenAI tools for ideation, writing, and visuals (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney), it is considered a plus.
What will you do
Manage existing social channels (LinkedIn, Meta) and help us expand to new ones.
Create fresh, engaging content aligned with Sibill’s identity: copy, editorial plans, posts, micro-copy.
Coordinate with the graphic designer to bring content ideas to life.
Develop SEO content (articles, landing pages, optimized micro-content).
Engage with comments and messages to grow and nurture the community.
Monitor social trends and competitor strategies to propose new formats.
What you won’t do
You won’t spend hours building long presentations or attending endless meetings.
You won’t need multiple layers of approvals to implement ideas: at Sibill, execution is fast, and your impact is immediate and visible.
Compensation & Benefits
Gross annual salary: 25K-30K
