What will be your mission?
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Spa Therapistto join our luxury 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate will deliver a wide range of high-quality spa treatments, ensuring an exceptional and personalized guest experience. You will play a key role in promoting relaxation, wellness, and the values of our brand.
What will you do?
- Perform professional massage, body, and facial treatments in accordance with spa protocols and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the treatment rooms and common areas at all times.
- Conduct thorough consultations with guests before each service and tailor treatments to individual needs.
- Recommend appropriate treatments and retail products to guests for continued home care.
- Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the spa journey.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a warm, welcoming, and safe spa environment.
- Keep accurate records of treatments and guest preferences.
What are we looking for?
- Certified Spa Therapist with training in massage therapy and aesthetics (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent preferred).
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end spa is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and spa therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
