We are now looking for a new Suppliers Qualification Systems Support in Milano, Italy !

What kind of work will you be doing?
Based on list of existing open positions, with defined priorities, and in coordination with process owner:
- Communicate with customer reference person/office via phone/email/legal mail/portal interface in order to have the new qualification position opened for Vertiv Italia Srl.
- Collect updated data and information from shared repository. Retrieve missing information.
- Upload or transfer updated qualification data to customers by required means.
- Assure qualification process is completed by soliciting and by managing exceptions and request for clarifications received from customers.
- Update qualification reference database for Vertiv Italy Srl. Promptly manage urgent situations related by commercial or operational needs for qualification.

Local language fluency. Intermediate English skills (doc management/internal communication)Technical / Functional skills
Good Microsoft Office tools. Management of on-line portals.Attitudes/Experiences
- Good administrative / office management skills.
- Attitude to work as part of a team,
- Communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to positively interact with Customers, all the levels of the Company organization and outside bodies/authorities. Legal/Contractual education/experience is a plus.
