Position
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Taylor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards in the creation, alteration, and repair of garments. The Taylor will be responsible for producing garments that meet the exact specifications and high expectations of our clients.
Job responsibilities
- Alter existing garments to improve fit, style, or functionality according to client requests.
- Repair damaged garments, including mending, patching, replacing zippers, buttons, and other components.
- Operate industrial and domestic sewing machines, pressing equipment, and other tailoring tools.
- Maintain meticulous quality control throughout the production process.
- Ensure all products align with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
- Supervises the manufacturing process to identify potential issues early on
Profile
- Previous experience as a Taylor
- Knowledge of tailoring techniques, both hand and machine sewing
- Precision, attention to detail, and excellent manual dexterity
- Proficient Italian and English, both spoken and written
