Location/Division Specific Information: The pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Ferentino (80km from Rome), with more than 850 employees, specializes in commercial contract manufacturing of injectable drugs, both liquid and lyophilized formulations, with a growing focus on biologics.
How will you make an impact?
You will coordinate the technology transfer process from clients to our manufacturing site. Acting as the main point of contact for the clients and internal functions, you will ensure that the timelines and critical project achievements are met. In this role, you will enjoy unmatched exposure and experience across all technical aspects of the fill & finish manufacturing process. You will join a dedicated and experienced team of professionals who support our clients in bringing life-saving medicines to patients across the world.
What will you do?
- Ensure that client’s requirements on the acquired job order are received and processed by the Company’s functions.
- Convene the Tech Transfer interdisciplinary groups, assigning and coordinating the tasks related to the introduction of new processes/projects within the site.
- Coordinate and supervise the project progress, maintain continuous contact with the clients, identify and troubleshoot technical problems supported by the specialists of involved functions.
- Chip in to the optimization of the production process, with continuous efforts to uplift savings concerning the technical side, while always respecting cGMP and company procedures.
- Support the Site Technical Business Manager with the definition of the technical risks related to the acquisition of new job orders related to new business opportunities while meeting with existing/potential clients.
How will you get here?
Education:
- Scientific/pharmaceutical degree (CTF, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and CMO manufacturing processes
- Experience with aseptic fill and finish processes
- Analytical skills, business & customer-focused, excellent relationship skills at all levels
- Dynamic leadership ability to coach, empower, motivate, mentor, and develop impactful teams
- Proven track record in program and project management expertise including prioritization and problem-solving
