What you´ll do
- Lead Trade marketing and Category Management Team to craft local channels and customers strategy, consistency with the Company vision and key objectives
- Translate Brands plans into compelling channels strategies by category, delivering annual Channels Plans
- Steer categories and channels plans by taking into account brands strategies, shopper insights, market data, channels dynamics and knowledge as well as customers objectives
- Define prioritization of investment among categories , initiatives and channels
- Develop category promo strategy ensuring consistency among different channels and subchannels and alignment to overall business goals
- Set promo initiatives goals , defining KPIs , track results, deriving learning to inform future decisions and activities Lead category management initiatives that foster shopper education and category growth
- Manage consumer journey by ensuring effective and innovative initiatives to drive consideration and conversion
- Manage Trade Marketing team, providing coaching, upskilling and people development
- Coordinate Application Engineering team to move forward the company strategic agenda in terms of Consumer and Customer centricity
What makes you a good fit
- Master's Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or Trade Marketing
- At least 10 years of experience in Marketing and Trade Marketing/Sales preferably in the FMCG industry
- Experience in managing, developing and coaching people
- Strong data analysis skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in English and Italian
