Position: Trade Marketing Assistant
Reporting to: Trade Marketing & Sales Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Assistant to join our team and contribute to the successful development and execution of key Trade Marketing initiatives for the Erborian brand. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across departments, develop impactful marketing materials, and support both B2B and B2C strategies.
Key Responsibilities
You will play an integral role in a variety of tasks, including:
1. Trade Marketing Activities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of Trade Marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage Point of Purchase (POP) materials such as posters, window displays, and expos.
- Collaborate on promotional strategies to boost brand visibility and sales.
2. Communication and Content Development
- Create B2B and B2C communication tools, including catalogs, banners, training books, pop-ups, and leaflets.
- Develop and present commercial offers tailored to client needs.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for various purposes (e.g., new product launches, commercial offers, monthly reports, training sessions).
3. Sales Force and Reporting Support
- Provide updated reports and insights to the Trade Marketing & Sales teams.
- Develop materials to support the Sales Force in their daily activities and client interactions.
4. Campaigns and Training
- Contribute to the creation and rollout of communication campaigns.
- Develop training materials such as skincare guides, product information sheets, and gifting materials.
5. Operational and Administrative Support
- Support the codification of new launches to ensure proper tracking and implementation.
- Translate materials as required to support multi-market activities.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Excellent proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a strong plus.
- Prior experience in similar roles is advantageous.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with design tools like InDesign and Photoshop is highly desirable.
