Jet Set Sports are excited to be able to recruit our Team who will be operating in Milan and the surrounding mountain regions at the largest international multi-sport multi-day global event during February 2026.
Our Venues Transport, Logisitcs and Airport & Meet and Greet Team are the core of our VIP Hospitality guest transport program and outstanding guest experiences.
Our Airport Meet and Greeters are the first 'face' of our Team, they are critical to setting the outstanding experience our Clients and Guests have of our Hospitality Programs will have during their time in Milano/Livigno/Cortina.
Our Venues Transport and Logistics Team are critical to the operations, and are strong in comminucating, working with a team to ensure our guests and hosts arrive to see their events in a timely way, secure drop off and pick up and interact with the guests and hosts at the competition venues, restaurants and hotels.
Meet and greeting our clients and guests with your friendly smile and welcome as they arrive at each location. You will also be providing answers to questions, directing them to interesting locations in Milano and the mountains, solving problems and be available to support them with arrival and stay in Paris.

This is a short term event contract: dates approximately: July 19 - August 12, 2024 - these might adjust by a day or 2, pending guest arrivals and schedules.
This is a short term event contract: dates approximately: January 26 - February 23rd 2026. Some roles may have shorter contracted number of days anywhere from 12 days to 25 days.

What makes a successful team member? What do you need to bring to the team?
- Be bilingual Italian/English speakers - Advanced, Native, Upper Intermediate
- Be a university student in Milano or surrounding areas
- Are able to deliver great Customer Service Experience
- Have experience in one or many - Tours/Hospitality/Restaurant/Events/Retail
- Strong Knowledge of Paris, France and regional area
- Be Flexible and Adaptable
- Enjoy working in a Team
- Willing to work event hours - some early mornings/late evenings, each day is different, every day back to back
- Friendly, enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Wanting to experience working in International Events, or already have experience and looking at a new event
- Have accommodation in Milan with an easy commute to the centre of Milan

Pay: €100.00 - €150.00 per day
