Applications Team Lead (m/f/d)

As Application s Team Lead you will lead a multinational team of Application Managers who are responsible for maximizing the business value realization for the applications by implementing the given priorities in the best way.

How you´ll make an impact

• Responsible for strategy and operations of the applications for the business unit , the HR management of the team and the budgets associated

• Lead of service and project teams

• Ensure (with HR support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized , staffed, skilled and directed. Ensure strategic organization development

• Guide s , motivates and develops direct subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both company and the employee

• Implementing agile development setups

• Establish a stable end to end service delivery for globally used applications according to ITIL4

• Guiding and supporting IT implementation projects

• Create a governance setup and run service/project reviews for service receiving organization according to IT global standards

• Manage contract with external vendors, perform activities required by internal controls (of particular importance in case the application are ICoFR relevant).
  

Your background

• 7 - 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in global compnies

• 3 + years in managing third party providers on global scale

• Understanding of software development lifecycles

• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

• Fluency in English, both written and oral
