THE POSITION
As a Brand Manager (CRM), you ensure to promote a complete understanding of the disease burden and a strategic mindset to exploit portfolio opportunities in long term view within the IBP and ICP. Explore, propose, define and implement added-value solutions for our customers. Explore and ensure realization of planned activities, supporting RWE generation, through effective management of all available channels and the human and economic resources in line with compliance culture and the assigned investments budget and in respect of company and corporate directions and current regulations.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Oversight full ICP deployment by monitoring the deployment and assuring integration and update of Cross-FX contribution to ICP plans (from the development of ICP to deployment).
- Develop and implement the activities necessary for the launch of new products.
- Create promotional tools and activities within the time established for the promotional cycle of the products.
- In collaboration with Business Intelligence Management assure to carry out the forecast accuracy and a constant monitoring of the sales, customer interactions and other key performance indicators for the products managed.
- Observe and understand the overall customer journey gathering feedback through every point of contact to contribute to build an advanced overview of his needs, goals and expectations and therefore optimize content, products and services (campaigns design and monitoring).
- Manage with medical department the development and maintainance of relationships with Top Opinion Leaders and scientific associations for the products under own responsibility. Explore, propose and ensure implementation of added-value solutions for our Customers, designed through a close collaboration with our Stakeholders and Top Opinion Leaders, leveraging feedbacks from Customer Facing Functions, Platforms and Technologies, maximizing data use.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or crossfunctional development move from closely aligned.
- Master’s degree in economics or Scientific Degree.
- Project management and execution skills.
- Omnichannel strategy.
- Business and marketing acumen.
- Strategy development.
- Interpersonal and good communication skills. Fluent in English and Italian (written and verbal communication).
