Description
He/She provides support in the following areas:
- back office activities related to the maintenance and care of the building and offices, in compliance with workplace safety legislations and occupational medicine and back office activities related to the company fleet
- management of the company facilities and logistic activities for the business operation, in accordance with local regulations and best market conditions.
Role and duty – core business
He/She provides support to the following activities:
- Supervises facility activities at branch offices on behalf of headquarters
- Ensures the correct application of access control and physical security parameters
- Prepare and monitor the documentation related to maintenance and repair work and assist with the purchase process.
- Assist to ensure compliance with local regulations, mainly 81/2008 and company’s Guide Lines
- Manage incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence with contractors, clients and team and supervise the department’s mailboxes
- Ensure a correct management of stocks of office supplies
- Manage electronical and physical documents f low, to and from archive, to and from the main office in Milan
- Manage statistic reports
- Support the fleet management process

- Knowledge of facility and general management workflow and safety precautions related to facilities management
- Supplier management

- Basic accounting knowledge
- Knowledge of the main software applications. Office 365 is mandatory
- Good knowledge of the use of technology in the application of work activities. Driving license mandatory
