Your challenges?
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the implementation of Airtable- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
- Design and develop Airtable solutions tailored to meet business needs
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Airtable
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Airtable solutions and make necessary adjustments
- Create detailed documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials
- Stay updated with Airtable features and best practices to continuously improve solutions
What we expect from you
- Master's degree in technical disciplines
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Mandatory experience in implementing Airtable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Project management experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in Italian and in English
- Availability for occasional international business trips across Europe
- Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC
