Are you ready for a new challenge in our Marketing EMEA team?:
Working alongside the company tutor, as CRM EMEA Intern, you will support the team through customer data analysis, behavior monitoring, report preparation, campaign requests, and operational assistance to store teams on client-related matters.
What can you learn with us?:
- Support in customer data analysis at regional and store level, identifying reports, trends and insights.
- Conduct customer behavior deep-dives, monitoring retention, frequency, and spending patterns.
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure accurate client reallocation and reassignment.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and dashboards to track CRM KPIs and opportunities.
- Support in preparing and submitting requests for CRM campaigns (e-cards, newsletters, etc.) to the Global team, following the dedicated format and process.
- Provide operational support in preparing client listings for events and handling special requests.
- Manage specific store requests related to client assignments and issues, liaising directly with the IT team to ensure timely resolution.
Do you have these qualifications and skills?:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or similar, a Master's is a plus;
- Proven interest for the fashion and luxury industry;
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint with strong presentation skills
- Organized, with the ability to work proactively on multiple projects simultaneously;
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken);
- Motivation, flexibility, organizational skills are a must.
