Role Summary
The Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales is a critical role acting as the "face of MANN+HUMMEL WFS" with customers while managing every customer order and requests.
To entering orders and respondind to customer calls and inquiries, this individual works with Sales team to provide the offer to customers, scheduling and shipping internally to meet customer order needs, provides communications to customers regarding their orders and facilitates intercompany orders globally. Additional responsabilities of this role include representating customers at scheduling meetings, helping to coordinate both domestic and international shipments, and assisting with improving the local order entry process.
Main Tasks
- Manage customer new inquries;
- Manage customer orders and correspondence with customers;
- Work with Supply Chain/ Scheduling to communicate order details and set ship dates;
- Enter customer details and orders in ERP system;
- Issue all documents relevant to the Sales process (Offers, Order Confirmations, shipping documents, invoices, pro-forma invoices);
- Obtain shipping details and freight quotes, coordinating with Logistics;
- Facilitate the global intercompany ordering communication;
- Working with a cross-funcional team, develop recommendations and help to implement processes and programs to improve on time deliveries to 95%;
- Provide information for Management and provide explanations for Reports (backlog, OOH status, highlighting critical situation that could create risks on the monthly sales).

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
Experience:
- 3-5 years prior experience in a Customer Service/Inside Sales role. Experience in such a role at a manufacturing company is preferred but not required.
Required Skills:
- Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel);
- SAP knowledge (not mandatory but preferred);
- SalesForce (not mandatory but preferred);
- Fluent English.
