Job Description:
The resource will report directly to the QSS (Quality and Safety Systems) Head of Digitalization and Improvement Initiatives and Digital Champion, focusing on Digital Transformation and other digitalization initiatives and providing a significant contribution to the development of a digital mindset within the Function.
Main activities and key accountabilities are:
• Project Management of cross functional digitalization initiatives within QSS: requirements collection and harmonization; coordination among Suppliers/IT Digital Services and other stakeholders involved; planning and monitoring of activities, ensuring delivery of projects in line with expected time, cost and quality; appropriate reporting, raising risks and roadblocks timely; proper support to training and tools user acceptance tests organization; support to users during the deployment of the new digital processes
• Provide operative support for administrative activities related to digitalization initiatives management
• Business requirements definitions for new digital tools with QSS Functions and the other cross functional stakeholders
• Being an interface among QSS, IT Digital Services, other Digital Transformation specialists and other involved stakeholders
• Contribution to management and harmonization in a unitary vision of the new digitization initiatives and to the development of a digital roadmap for QSS, including new digital tools
• Support in fostering the diffusion of Digital Transformation mindset through QSS
Requirements:
• A degree in Engineering/Technical/Business discipline or – as an alternative - a high school technical diploma in matters related to the activities of LHD, with proved experience in Quality System related matter
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Project Management and Business Performance Management, related to digitalization activities or – as an alternative – some years of experience in Quality System related matter
• Analytical / digital mindset
• Innovation oriented and focused on the results
• Ability to work efficiently with colleagues from different Functions and different levels
• Project management skills, organized and methodic, autonomous in managing different priorities
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Minimum knowledge of aeronautical regulation/legislation preferred
• Flexibility for travel in Italy and abroad for short time if needed
