About the role:

We are looking for a Lean Expert – Focused Improvement Master and Coach to join our Ferrero Operational Excellence & Performance Factors Department in Alba (CN) 

In this position, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of Lean Methodologies related to the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Focused Improvement (FI) pillar and leading key Group Performance improvement initiatives. 

Main responsibilities:

As Lean Expert – Focused Improvement Master and Coach, you will develop and deploy Ferrero Operational Excellence (FOX) Focused Improvement (FI) methodologies, Kaizen and SMED, and related processes, including Six Sigma (DMAIC approach) and other analytical tools under TPM/World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodologies. Guiding, coaching and training manufacturing plants on FI methodologies will be part of your duties, ensuring alignment with internal training Academies.  

Developing Focused Improvement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Activities Indicators (KAI), losses intelligence, related tools, templates, and training materials for the Group's manufacturing plants will be one of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will take care of activities of assessing/auditing and validating the effectiveness of these methodologies and tools by analyzing performance data from the plants, such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Overall Assets Effectiveness (OAE) improvements and losses eradication. You will conduct site Audit Performance Assessments, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, and develop plans to close these gaps.  

Lastly, driving key Group FI initiatives across multiple locations by applying FI methodologies will be another significant aspect of your role.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your master’s degree in engineering or a related field, along with your solid 10+ years of experience in a structured company. 

Your deep understanding of industrial processes and expertise in Lean Manufacturing/WCM and TPM methodologies implementation is demonstrated by a proven track record. You have also undergone change management processes and are able to navigate evolving environments.  

Your technical leadership and expertise in Focused Improvement or/and Quality Management pillar will be fundamental in this role. Additionally, your strong methodological background will enable you to work effectively in a flexible environment and manage multiple stakeholders, leveraging on the "train-the-trainer" and coaching concepts. 

Your availability for frequent business trips (around 50%) is a key requirement.  

Thanks to your effective communication skills and strong leadership, you will be able to influence, coach and train different levels of the organization, to land the program at global scale. You speak fluent English, any other language will be a plus for us.
